The four-story building, built in the early 1900s, contains a mixture of office, warehouse and manufacturing space. The building was originally home to the Meisenzahl Macaroni Co. in the early 1920s (which later became Prince Macaroni) until being purchased by Eastman Kodak in 1972. Kodak used the property for corporate video production through the '90s until it sold the property in 2003. The most recent owner used the building for storage and office space.
