Zach of Itzhaki Properties handles $1.65 million development site sale

Itzhaki Properties recently completed two sales: A development site at 1070 Anderson Ave. recently sold for $1.65 million. The 41,000 buildable s/f plot of land was delivered vacant and was sold for $40 per buildable s/f. The property was purchased by New Destiny Housing. Shay Zach, managing partner represented the buyer and seller. Plans are projected to be for an affordable housing development. Eli Haliva of Itzhaki recently completed the sale of 612 West 138th St. Haliva represented the buyer and seller in this deal. The four-story building was sold vacant for $750,000. This shell building was built 16'x67' and is located between Broadway and Riverside Dr. Located in the Hamilton Heights area of Manhattan, it shares a neighborhood with City College and the Dance Theatre of Harlem.
