What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

The New York City Brownfield Partnership rolled out its newest program, the Redevelopment Roundtable in August, 2018 and held its second successful Roundtable in November. The Redevelopment Roundtable is a 90 minute information download from experts about all the NYC, NYS, federal and industry trends and hot topics relevant to site revitalization in NYC. A wide range of topics are covered at every session: regulatory and legislative changes and new developments at every level of government, financial incentives and tax credit news, environmental technology, sustainability and resiliency, energy, community needs, affordable housing, emerging contaminants, and risk management.

Yes, that is a lot of ground to cover in 90 minutes, but attendees  walk away with relevant reference materials on the important topics that enhance redevelopment projects in NYC.

The Partnership will be offering the Redevelopment Roundtable four times a year in 2019.
