What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?
Representing a foreign client with a $25 million condo closing in NYC. Due to client’s complex corporate structure this was one of the toughest transactions I’ve closed this year.

What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business?
Partisipating and speaking at more conferences, both in the U.S. and internationally. 

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?
Opportunity Zones will have a huge impact on real estate all over the US and especially around NYC.

What was an unexpected event that occurred in 2018, and how did it impact your career or personal life?
Being invited to participate at an international real estate expo which led to developing valuable connections and brought new clients and projects to my law firm.  

Do you have any New Year’s Resolution(s)?
I do, and am already working on making it happen, but if you say your wish out loud it won’t come true.
