What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?

The lack of new commercial industrial building space availabilities for lease and sale in the industrial markets will be harmful to businesses and companies that need a variety of sizes to run and grow their operations on Long Island and in the five boroughs. 

Obtaining business sites for a variety of uses are very competitive, particularly truck parking and outdoor storage. 

Deals that are clean and can move the fastest will win every time over complicated over user demands. 

Municipalities that want more thriving economic success may want to ease up on their restrictive policies or reconsider zoning requests for special use permits to promote economic development.
