What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

We closed sixty new loans this year which is a record for Emerald Creek. But what we’re most proud of is the fact that 25% of this year’s closings were to repeat borrowers.  Having this much repeat business is a reflection of how we treat our clients. From the day a term sheet is signed, through due diligence and funding, our team works hard to ensure that our closing process is as smooth and transparent as possible. In 2019 we will continue to improve our loan process and look forward to assisting clients with their time-sensitive transactions.
