What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?
Lease renewal with both tenants at 4016 Nesconset Hwy, Setauket, Ethan Allen and La Z Boy, for over 30,000 s/f.

What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business? 
Split a formerly occupied, currently vacant, 15,000 s/f space into four spaces. Much easier to lease, more diversity of income, and higher per foot rents.  

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?  
Availability of tenants, continued strong economy.  

Do you have any New Year’s Resolution(s)?  
Work less, make more money.
