What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business?
We moved our headquarters from 2,000 s/f in Brooklyn to 5,000 s/f in lower Manhattan.  This allowed us to hire experienced talent and expand our team and territory-based approach beyond Brooklyn.  For calendar year 2018, we completed 54 Brooklyn property sales (closed and under contract) for $140 million.  We currently total 18 brokers, 11 of which are exclusively focused on Brooklyn investment sales and 7 of which are exclusively focused on Manhattan and the Bronx investment sales. We’ll continue to expand our momentum and volume for 2019.
