What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018? 

Starting two ground-up residential developments with two different developers was my most notable achievement in 2018. With one in Williamsburg and one in Yonkers, the continuing strength of these two neighborhoods and the NYC housing market in general is clear. The structural housing shortage in the metropolitan area will inevitably create strong demand for housing construction for many years to come.
