What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business?
The decision to stay diversified within our area of expertise has proven very valuable. We are experts in the world of multifamily housing and hotels but even within these segments there is much diversity. With the overheating of the market rate and luxury housing world in 2018; our continued focus is on affordable housing which has allowed us to grow while making a difference in the community.
