Xing Fu Tang leases 15,085 s/f industrial space

Brooklyn, NY According to Madison Capital and Salmar Properties, Xing Fu Tang signed a lease for 15,085 s/f of industrial space on the 4th floor of Liberty Bklyn. at 850 3rd Ave.

Casal San Andres of The Buckley Organization represented Xing Fu Tang. David Junik, Mark Caso, and Daniel Tack of Pinnacle Realty Group represented 850 3rd Ave.

This will be their first stand-alone production facility in the United States. Xing Fu Tang will use the space for boba tea production, warehousing, storage, and distribution to support their U.S. retail operations.

“We are excited to welcome Xing Fu Tang to the Liberty Bklyn community as they continue their expansion across the United States,” said Ryan Buoye, vice president, Madison Capital. “Liberty Bklyn’s versatile, state-of-the-art infrastructure will allow Xing Fu Tang to build a dynamic production facility that will further enhance operations and power their growth.”
