Brooklyn, NY According to Madison Capital and Salmar Properties, Xing Fu Tang signed a lease for 15,085 s/f of industrial space on the 4^th floor of Liberty Bklyn. at 850 3^rd Ave.

Casal San Andres of The Buckley Organization represented Xing Fu Tang. David Junik, Mark Caso, and Daniel Tack of Pinnacle Realty Group represented 850 3^rd Ave.

This will be their first stand-alone production facility in the United States. Xing Fu Tang will use the space for boba tea production, warehousing, storage, and distribution to support their U.S. retail operations.
