Wong, Lopez and Wadler of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates collaborate for 18,500 s/f lease in Queens

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged an 18,500 s/f, long-term lease at 52-35 74th St. in the Elmhurst neighborhood. KDA broker Linda Wong represented the tenant, C+T International, while Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler, also of KDA, represented the owner in the deal. 52-35 74th St. is a one-story industrial-use building featuring two interior loading docks, one drive-in dock, a heavy power supply and high ceilings. C+T International is a manufacturer of windows and doors, as well as a wholesaler of aluminum. The company will occupy 18,500 s/f of the 30,000 s/f space. The new lease represents a relocation for the company. C+T International will join long-time tenant RCN Corp. at 52-35 74th St. 52-35 74th St. provides access to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the Long Island Expressway. The Elmhurst Ave. M and F subway lines and major thoroughfare Grand Avenue are just blocks away.
