Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. brokered a short-term, 14,000 s/f lease at 623 Broadway for the Art Meets Commerce production of Nightmare: Vampire. Moving to its new location in NoHo and running Sept. 25 through Nov. 7, Nightmare: Vampires will feature two events this year, the Museum of Vampyric Artifacts (MoVa) and Nightmare 666.
