October 23, 2009 - Brokerage
Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. brokered a short-term, 14,000 s/f lease at 623 Broadway for the Art Meets Commerce production of Nightmare: Vampire. Paul Wolf and Stephen Powers of Denham Wolf Real Estate Services Inc. represented the tenant while Charles Lawrence III of Lawrence Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. represented the landlord.
Moving to its new location in NoHo and running Sept. 25 through Nov. 7, Nightmare: Vampires will feature two events this year, the Museum of Vampyric Artifacts (MoVa) and Nightmare 666.
"Art Meets Commerce is known for marketing some of the most dynamic productions in the performance industry," said Wolf. "Their events draw thousands of attendees and this is the ideal space to accommodate a production at the magnitude of Nightmare: Vampires."
623 Broadway is located near Mercer and Broadway. Other notable tenants at this address include Bally Total Fitness, Chase Bank and the Fazen Organization. Space was formerly occupied by Crunch Fitness Gym.
