What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010?
I grew my practice and ended the year with the completion of several large projects.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
Completed the 10,000 s/f Blum Medical Center in Kew Gardens, Queens
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
I would like to see it grow and have been in touch with NYC Council to help stimulate the construction sector.
What are some of your New Year's Resolutions?
