Carle Place, NY According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki has brokered a 10-year lease with one five-year option on behalf of Cotton Cutz. The tenant is a men’s salon and spa featuring haircutting and grooming services.

The lease is for a 3,500 s/f store located in the 150,000 s/f Plaza 200 shopping center on Glen Cove Rd. Co-tenants at Plaza 200 include: Planet Fitness, Eastern Mountain Sports, iLoveKickBoxing.com, Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Camille La Vie, Bo Concepts, Van Heusen and Corningware, among other brand name retailers.

The property’s landlord is Plaza 200 Associates, LLC and Wierzbicki represented both the new tenant and the landlord.
