What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? We are a historic luxury hotel in Midtown Manhattan that works diligently to implement and improve our sustainable programming. In addition to operating using 100% renewable energy, we compost, use environmentally sound cleaning products, buy from local, organic farms, and donate all partially used soaps and bottled amenities to children and families in impoverished countries. We look forward to further demonstrating that "green" and "luxury" are not mutually exclusive.
