Westbridge Realty Group hires Bichoupan

New York, NY Westbridge Realty Group has hired Jonathan Bichoupan as a new broker who specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use and development assets throughout the five boroughs.

Bichoupan was a broker at the Highcap Group, where he facilitated the sale of over 300 units in the Bronx. Prior to Highcap he worked KBM Worldwide, a company which provided financing for small-cap publicly traded companies, as well as large private businesses. As an account executive, he helped the company find new clients in need of financing, and managed the accounts of the existing clients.

“Bichoupan brings a strong track record in finding and selling investment-grade real estate opportunities in the New York metro area and possesses the characteristics and skills needed to put deals together in the notoriously strenuous New York City real estate market,” said Westbridge Realty’s Founder Steven Westreich. “Jonathan combines an exceptional work ethic, with his ability to simplify a complex situation to ensure the best results for his clients.”

“I look forward to working with Steven and the team he has put together here,” said Bichoupan. “It didn’t take long for me to realize that the systems in place here can produce tremendous results. It felt like the right fit from the start.”

Bichoupan graduated from CUNY Queens College with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is also a member of Jewish National Fund, JNF’s Root Society and UJA’s Real Estate division.  He enjoys traveling, skiing, basketball, tennis, running, and is an avid reader.
