Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Jacques Wadler, Jeff Unger and Bob Klein arranged two leases totaling 20,000 s/f at 300 Meserole St. in the East Williamsburg neighborhood for Heat Makes Sense, Inc. and FJ International, Ltd. according to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin. Situated between Waterbury and Bogart Sts., 300 Meserole St. is a 3-story, 47,000 s/f brick warehouse.
Heat Makes Sense, beauty product wholesaler specializing in products from the Dead Sea, inked a 10,000 s/f third-floor lease in a relocation and expansion from Williamsburg. Wadler represented the owner, Hoffman & Sons Realty, Inc, and Heat Makes Sense in the transaction.
FJ International, a packing, shipping and installation provider of fine art, secured a 10,000 s/f space on the ground floor, also in a relocation from Williamsburg. Wadler negotiated on behalf of FJ International, Unger and Klein represented Hoffman & Sons Realty, Inc.
Kalmon Dolgin was also responsible for completing a 9,500 s/f lease at 300 Meserole St. for Okera Corp. in November 2007.
