Vogel of Largo Group of Companies arranges $5.25 million in financing

Stephanie Vogel of the Largo Group of Cos. arranged $5.25 million in financing for Marshalls Plaza, an 82,196 s/f community shop­ping center. The subject property is anchored by Marshalls and includes other in-line tenants such as The Dollar Tree, Dots, and Subway, as well as local ten­ants such as Great Arrow Wine and Liquor and Bagel Jays and is located in a heavily trafficked part of Delaware Ave. Vogel secured a 10-year self-amortizing loan for the bor­rower, who is one of the largest privately owned development companies in North America. The Largo Group of Companies is a commercial mortgage banking company that structures, closes and services commercial mortgages for acquisitions, refinances and redevelopment projects. Largo arranges innovative financing structures for borrowers throughout the United States and Canada. We manage the loan process from loan application through closing and service the loan throughout its term.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
