Vestian secures 17,000 s/f headquarters lease for TickPick at One Penn Plaza

Manhattan, NY Vestian represented TickPick in securing a new 17,000 s/f lease at One Penn Plaza for its new corporate headquarters.

The move marks a milestone for TickPick, doubling the size of its previous office to accommodate its team and business operations. The new office represents a substantial upgrade from the company’s former space.

After touring over 20 potential locations throughout the city, TickPick and Vestian selected One Penn Plaza for its central location, proximity to Madison Square Garden, transit accessibility, and the opportunity to build out a fully customized office environment. The raw space will be delivered and built to TickPick’s specifications by Vornado Realty Trust, the building’s owner and operator.

“TickPick was laser-focused on finding a space that could evolve with them – One Penn Plaza delivers on that vision,” said Alec Kirschner, executive managing director of Vestian who represented TickPick in the transaction. “This move not only enhances their workspace experience, but also positions them at the epicenter of New York business and culture.”

“This new headquarters marks an exciting new chapter for TickPick,” said Brett Goldberg, CEO of TickPick. “We’ve grown significantly over the past few years and needed a space that reflects who we are today and where we’re going. One Penn Plaza gives us the infrastructure, flexibility, and visibility to continue that trajectory. Alec and Vestian were a tremendous partner for us throughout this process as they provided thoughtful, strategic guidance at every step and did a fantastic job identifying and negotiating the ideal space for our evolving needs.”

The new lease signals TickPick’s continued momentum in the competitive live events and ticketing space, as the company scales operations, expands its platform, and brings its growing team together under one roof.
