Veloce Capital launches fund for real estate investments

Hackensack, NJ Veloce Capital launched its new fund for real estate investments; specifically created for investments in distressed assets that have been directly affected by COVID-19. The fund will provide accredited investors with an opportunity to invest in debt or equity and/or notes with capital or retirement accounts and/or through direct investment. Veloce Capital has partnered with various industry leaders as well as custodial service providers to facilitate investments from retirement accounts.

Veloce Capital was amongst the first to implement a response program focused on providing investors uninterrupted payouts on investments while restructuring outstanding pre-COVID positions. Despite the unexpected impact of the pandemic, Veloce Capital continues to provide double digit returns by creatively restructuring investments to accommodate the needs of investors.

Surf Dinani, CEO of Veloce Capital, said: “Learning from past financial downturns and being able to ride the wave throughout, we are fortunate enough to be well-positioned and experienced to monitor and take advantage of the current economic climate. Veloce Capital is and will continue to be an industry leader showing consistent profitability during and in a post-COVID era.  We have been able to pivot and work within a new set of parameters successfully and look forward to the upcoming opportunities in the future.”

Over the last few months, Veloce Capital has continued operations and strived to provide a resource for its clients to passively invest in market opportunities. As the conditions of the market change, Veloce Capital is uniquely well-placed to perform on multifamily assets and ground up developments. While the firm strategically continues sourcing attractive off-market deals, it is also contributing new digital content to educate and inform its clients in all aspects of real estate.
