Plattsburgh, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC completed the following:

Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, LLC, with Domnic Pavia of Pavia Real Estate brokered a sale of a property on Rte. 3 between purchaser Plattsburgh Lodging Ventures, LLC and seller Gibraltar Management. The sale price was $700,000. 

Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Dara Rennert of Keller Williams Rochester brokered the sale of 201 Henry Johnson Blvd., Albany, between purchaser Basisty Properties, LLC and seller National Retail Properties, Inc. The sale price was $545,000.

Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Springville Center, LLC. The 15,189 s/f store is located at 204 South Cascade Dr., Springville.

Brownell, Barry Feinman and Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Advance Auto Parts and Jaffe Webster Properties. The 7,700 s/f store is located at City Square Plaza, 485 Delaware Ave., Albany.

Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the lease between Vestal Capital, LLC-dba Halal Guys and Vestal Park, LLC. The 2,000 s/f restaurant is located at University Plaza, 4700 Vestal Pkwy., E., Vestal. 

Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the lease between Brenda Hage and 1000 Davis, LLC. The business is located at 86 Remsen St., Cohoes. 

Brownell, Barry Feinman and Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Hurricane Home Solutions and MDB Enterprises. The business is located at 12A Petra Ln., Suite #4, Albany. 

Paul Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan, brokered a lease between Chase Bank and Kimberely Partners of Albany L.P. The new ATM unit is located at Kimberley Square Shopping Center, Loundonville.

Lerner and Kareem Jandali of Jandali Realty brokered a lease between Angela Robles and Leslie Plaine. The business is located at 524 Congress St., Schenectady.
