Vanguard-Fine, LLC arranges five lease deals totaling 31,890 s/f

Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed five leases totaling 31,890 s/f. The deals include the following: * Ken Brownell and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered the 10-year lease between Nigro Companies and Five Guys Burger and Fries. The 3,000 s/f space is located in the Price Rite Plaza. * Gordon Heeps of Vanguard-Fine brokered a seven-year lease between Aaron's Rental and Poughkeepsie Shopping Center, Inc. The 8,750 s/f space is located in Kings Plaza, Hudson Falls. * Heeps also brokered a 10-year lease between Palatine Bridge Associates, LLC and Empower Federal Credit Union. The 2,640 s/f space is located in Price Chopper Plaza, Palatine Bridge. * Feinman and Brownell brokered a five-year lease renewal between Dollar Tree Stores and Mountain Pacific Realty, LLC the 12,500 s/f Dollar Tree is located in Monticello. * Feinman and Brownell also brokered a seven-year lease between Easyhome, Ltd. and Cobleskill Newark, LLC. The 5,000 s/f space is located in the Price Chopper Plaza in Cobleskill.
