Phillips of NAI Platform brokers $2.25m sale of four-building apartment complex
Kevin Phillips, an investment specialist at NAI Platform, represented the buyer of 1,2,5,6 Lent Court. The property sold for $2.25 million.
The subject is a four-building complex, totaling 46 apartments, consisting of one and two-bedroom units.
Attorney David Lenney represented the sellers.
