Vanguard-Fine leases 55,062 s/f sells $1.05 million

Canton, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered three transactions.

Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered the 10-year 16,107 s/f lease in Seaway Plaza between Harbor Freight Tools and Seaway Plaza Realty, LLC & Seaway Partner, LLC.

Steven Lerner and Barry Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered $1.05 million sale of 713-715 Hoosick Rd., Brunswick, between the buyer THDC2 Realty LLC and the seller Michael and Sheila Duncan. The property will be developed.

Barry and Benjamin Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered the lease between Bulldog Fire Apparatus of NY LLC and 4259 Albany Street, LLC. The 38,955 s/f business will be located at 4255 Albany St. in Colonie.
