Nashville, TN Arrow Real Estate Advisors arranged a $23.6 million construction loan for the development of Mira Music Row, a boutique luxury condominium project located at 1100–1102 16th Avenue South.
The Arrow team of Morris Betesh, Justin Boruchov, Louis Halperin and Zach Strauss arranged the financing on behalf of the project’s sponsor, Eimi Norse, LLC, a Nashville-based developer Geofferson & Co. The construction loan was provided by Urban Standard Capital.
Mira Music Row will comprise 25 luxury condominium residences across six stories and approximately 75,000 s/f in the city’s Music Row neighborhood.
“Mira is a boutique luxury condominium project in Nashville’s coveted Music Row,” said Betesh. “Urban Standard Capital took the time to understand this distinctive neighborhood, recognizing both the project’s potential and the strength of Geoff’s track record as an experienced developer in the market. We’re proud to have been part of Mira and look forward to seeing the finished building.”
The financing presented a unique set of considerations given the boutique scale of the project and the highly specific dynamics of the Music Row submarket. Rather than evaluating Mira solely against larger condominium developments elsewhere in Nashville, Arrow sought a capital partner that understood the neighborhood’s distinct positioning, the project’s luxury offering and the sponsor’s experience executing residential development in the immediate area.
Sernyak previously completed and sold out a smaller residential project nearby, providing a strong foundation for Mira, which represents the developer’s largest project to date. The development is designed to cater to luxury buyers seeking a boutique residential experience in one of Nashville’s most recognizable neighborhoods.
The sponsor acquired the property in February 2025 for $3 million and commenced demolition and foundation work ahead of the financing closing. Vertical construction is expected to follow, with completion currently anticipated in the third quarter of 2027 and full sellout targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028. The loan closed on September 29, 2026.
