Vanguard-Fine facilitates eight sales totaling $6.823 million and completes 14 leases totaling over 83,948 s/f

Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed the following:

  • Barry Feinman, Kenneth Brownell and Paul Bulmer of Vanguard-Fine represented Albany Medical Center on the sale of 220 Washington Ave. Ext. between purchaser Albany Medical Center and seller Anderson Group. The sale price was $2.7 million.
  • Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine brokered the sale of 3305 NY Route 43 in Averill Park between purchaser Sarbjeet Sahota and seller MJI Development Corp. The sale price was $1.275 million.
  • Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Jeff  D’Amore of Cushman Wakefield brokered the sale of 1035 Mohawk St. in Utica between purchaser Westlake Development, LLC and seller Plaza Group 401, LLC. The sale price was $800,000. 
  • Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine and Charles Curto of Howard Hanna Real Estate brokered the sale of 1662 Central Ave. between purchaser 1662 Central Avenue, Associates, LLC and seller Tana Potluri Co, LLC. The sale price was $670,000.
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 1761 Central Ave. between purchaser 1761 Insurance LLC DBA Geico Insurance, Rick Schrade and the seller. The sale price was $600,000. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate brokered the lease between Big Lots Corp. and 1100 Jefferson Partners, LLC. The 32,211 s/f store is located in Henrietta Plaza, 1100 W Jefferson Rd. in Rochester. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between Harbor Freight Tools and 9154 Group, LLC. The 16,020 s/f store is located at 3139 West State St. in Olean. 
  • Barry Feinman and Brownell, with David Newton of Lee Associates and Jay Vero of NAI Platform, brokered the lease between Coram Healthcare Corp. and Anderson Holdings, LLC. The 13,218 s/f office is located at 20 Madison Ave. Ext. 
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Tyler Culberson of NAI Platform brokered the lease between Erie Construction and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 4,557 s/f office/warehouse is located at 12 Jupiter Ln.
  • Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan, brokered the lease between Chase Bank, NYC, NY and DLC Management. The 4,000 s/f new bank is located in Mohawk Commons in Niskayuna. 
  • Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan, brokered the lease between J.P. Morgan/Chase Bank, and MRN Albany, LLC. The 3,500 s/f new bank is under construction at 1 Homestead Ave. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the lease between RSVT Clay, LLC dba Five Guys and ABR Ventures Clay, LLC. The 2,309 s/f Five Guys Restaurant is located in North End Commons, 3810 NYS Rte. 31 in Liverpool. 
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Smith & Nephew and Joe Clark Realty. The 2,265 s/f business is located at 134 Lincoln Ave. 
  • Farrell brokered the lease between Randy Pascarella, and Fusco Realty, LLC . The 1,700 s/f insurance company is located at 4017 State St. in Schenectady. 
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Rudy Lynch of Carrow Real Estate, brokered the lease between Saratoga National Bank and Century Hill Drive, LLC. The new office is located at 11 Century Hill Dr. in Latham. 
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between NYGFOA and CETF Properties, LLC. The 1,668 s/f business is located at 3 Pine West Plaza. 
  • Farrell brokered the lease between Griffan Randall D.O., PLLC and 1807-1809 Western Avenue Realty. The 1,300 s/f dental office is located at 1807 Western Ave. 
  • Lerner, Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Antionio Johnson of Berkshire Hathaway HomesServices Blake, Realtors, brokered the sale of 496 Duanesburg Rd. in Rotterdam between purchaser Joseph Ciliento and seller 496 Duanesburg Rd LLC. The sale price was $287,500.  
  • Farrell and Dave Schepper of RE/MAX Platinum brokered the sale of 38 Wellington Ave. between purchaser Andrews Mercado and seller Michael Hoover. The sale price was $195,000. 
  • Farrell and Teresa Gitto of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Prime Properties brokered the lease between Upstate Nutrition LLC and 2563 Park Place, LLC. The 1,200 s/f nutrition store is located at 2563 Western Ave. in Altamont. 
  • Lerner, Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 450 East High St. in Malta between purchaser Priority Electrical Service, Inc and seller Leslie Plaine. The sale price was $295,000. 
  • Benjamin Feinman brokered the lease between Fitness Innovation Tumbling and Joe Clark Realty. The fitness center is located at 16 Walker Way.
