Vanguard-Fine completes 10 leases and two sales

Albany, NY According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the firm has completed the following deals:

  • Bulmer, Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 10,600 s/f lease between Zimmer US, Inc. and LKS Realty Corp. at 20 Computer Dr. West. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 16,000 s/f lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Queensburywood, LLC at 871 Rte. 9 in Queensbury. 
  • Benjamin Feinman, Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Bob Luchesi of Ardent CRE brokered the 6,000 s/f lease between National Carwash Solutions and MDB Enterprises at 14 Jupiter Park. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 16,625 s/f lease between Harbor Freight Tools and DLC Management at 830 County Rte. 64, in Big Flats. 
  • Barry Feinman and Brownell brokered the $570,000 sale of 342 South Kingsboro in Gloversville. THDC2 Realty, LLC bought the building at public auction. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan brokered a 45,000 s/f lease between Big Lots, Columbus, OH and Chili MZL at Chili Plaza Shopping Center in Chili. 
  • Barry Feinman and Brownell, with Dan Slote of NAI Platform brokered the $683,200 sale of 34 Broadway in Menands between purchaser VF Broadway, LLC and seller Margaret Becker. 
  • Steven Lerner, Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Kevin Parisi of TRG Realty brokered a 8,402 s/f lease between Colonie Aquatics, LLC, dba Goldfish Swim School-Colonie and Wolf Road Park II, LLC at Wolf Road Park, 145 Wolf Rd. 
  • Barry Feinman, Brownell, Christopher Farrell, with Donovan brokered a 24,000 s/f lease between ECP-PF dba Planet Fitness and TDC Latham, LLC in Latham. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered a 19,000 s/f lease between Harbor Freight Tools and Route 23 Associates, LLC at 506 NY Rte. 23 in Oneonta. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman brokered the 11,416 s/f lease between Family Dollar Stores of NY, Inc. and National Retail Properties, LP. at 357 Broadway in Monticello. 
  • Brownell and Barry Feinman, with Donovan brokered the 32,211 s/f lease between Big Lots Corp. and 1100 Jefferson Partners, LLC. at Henrietta Plaza, 1100 W. Jefferson Rd. in Rochester.
