Vanderbilt closes on 10,000 s/f industrial building for $1.6 million

14-16 Brooklyn Avenue - Freeport, NY

Freeport, NY According to Vanderbilt Realty, the sale of 14-16 Brooklyn Ave. has closed. The three story industrial building contains 10,000 s/f.

Lyle Alper, the director of investment sales at Vanderbilt represented the seller, Brooklyn Boys Properties, LLC and purchaser, 14-16 Brooklyn Ave. LLC. The purchase price was an all cash transaction at $1.6 million.

Alper said “The purchaser obtained a change of use to medical.  This zoning change made a lot of sense for the purchaser.”

Vanderbilt Realty located in Glenwood Landing specializes in the sale of investment grade properties in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
