Breslin leases 3,300 s/f to MyDoc Urgent Care and 20,000 s/f to Holiday Farms Supermarket

Hempstead, NY Breslin Realty negotiated the signing of a long-term lease with MyDoc Urgent Care at 166-168 Fulton Ave.

MyDoc will be occupying 3,300 s/f in the The Hub shopping center.

This will be the medical provider’s fifth location, with offices currently operating in East Meadow, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Forest Hills. MyDoc Urgent Care is an outpatient care facility, and a “one-stop-shop” for any medical emergency. X-rays, IV fluids, blood tests, drug tests, and EKGs are also available on-site.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional Hub retail includes Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Old Navy, Chuck E Cheese, Five Below, Burger King, AT&T, GNC, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, A&M Discount Furniture Gallery, and Danice clothing store.

In Franklin Sq., Breslin Realty leased 20,000 s/f to Holiday Farms Supermarket at 206 New Hyde Park Rd.

Holiday Farms opened their doors to shoppers on September 9th, in the Franklin Plaza shopping center.

Holiday Farms is a Long Island-based, and locally owned full-service supermarket and caterer.

This will be the grocer’s sixth location, with other stores operating in Roslyn, Glen Head, Bayside, Woodbury, and Locust Valley (as the Locust Valley Market).

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization represented the landlord.

Additional Franklin Plaza retail includes Rite Aid, Greek Xpress, Baskin Robbins, Memory Nails, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate, and Olivetto Pizzeria.
