USGBC to hold first annual Urban Green Expo '09 on Sept. 22-23

The U.S Green Building Council of New York (USGBC) is holding their first annual Urban Green Expo '09, September 22-23. The location of the expo will be at Metropolitan Pavilion at the Altman Building, 125 West 18th St. The expo has limited booth space available and companies who wish to exhibit should act quickly to reserve space. The Urban Green EXPO is the Northeast's premier educational green building conference and trade EXPO designed to meet the unique needs of the densely developed urban environment during a challenging economic time. The EXPO will bring together building professionals for top-level educational sessions, acclaimed speakers and green building tours. There will also be a keynote address by a pioneer of the sustainability movement, more than 30 individual educational sessions, off-site tours and LEED workshops including a farmers market in the center of the expo and a green garage inventors section.
