Unger of KDA arranges 4,300 s/f Queens lease

According to Josh Dolgin, VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged a 4,300 s/f lease for Rosado, Chechanover & Bayrasli, LLP at the Falchi Building located at 31-00 47th Ave. in Long Island City. Jeff Unger of KDA represented the owner. Roy Chipkin of CBRE represented the tenant. The new lease represents a relocation for Rosado, Chechanover & Bayrasli, LLP, which previously had offices in Forest Hills. "Rosado, Chechanover & Bayrasli, LLP saw a unique opportunity to move closer to Manhattan and enjoy the benefits of a quality building with professional amenities in a thriving area at a great rental price," said Unger. Acquired by KDA in 2005, the five-story, 632,000 s/f Falchi Building features high-capacity loading docks, eight freight elevators, two large passenger elevators and on-site parking.
