Roundell, Rayner and Witler of CresaPartners negotiate 11,779 s/f lease

The law firm of Kreindler & Kreindler has leased 11,779 s/f of office space at 750 Third Ave., according to CresaPartners, which negotiated a 10-year deal. The firm is relocating from 100 Park Ave. SL Green Realty Corp., the landlord, is currently building out the 32nd floor space, which will be occupied in June. The CresaPartners' team included: Jane Roundell, senior VP; Marcus Rayner, principal; and Ken Witler, VP. David Kaufman of SL Green negotiated for the owner.
