UG2 provides IFM services for Cornell Tech

New York, NY Cornell Tech is the technology-focused campus of Cornell University.  The first phase of the Roosevelt Island campus opened in September and features some of the most environmentally friendly and energy-efficient buildings in the world.

The scope of services UG2 will provide took effect in July 2017, services provided under the contract include: Plant Operations and Maintenance Management Services Program, Grounds and Landscaping Management Services Program, Custodial and Housekeeping Management Services Program, Campus LEED Management Services Program and Support Services Program,” noted Floyd Young, Senior Director of Facilities Operations for Cornell Tech.
