Two new leases signed at 50 West 23rd St.

Manhattan, NY According to Two Trees Management Co., two new office leases, totaling more than 31,000 s/f, have been signed at 50 West 23rd St. With these new tenants, MSQ Partners and Curex, the 341,000 s/f office building in Flatiron is fully leased.

MSQ Partners signed a 10-year, 38,273 s/f lease for the entire eighth floor and a portion of the seventh floor, represented by Michael Joseph and Aidan Campbell of Colliers.

Curex signed a three-year lease for 3,100 s/f on the seventh floor, represented by Darell Handler of Handler Real Estate Organization. Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing, and Jarad Winter, director of commercial leasing, represented Two Trees in-house on both deals.

Existing tenants in 50 West 23rd St. include digital media company Buzzfeed, grocery delivery platform Instacart, marketing agency BMF, software company Grovo, digital ad firm Clinch, consumer review site Trustpilot, and technology company Foursquare, among others.

50 West 23rd St. is a renovated Beaux-Arts building with 13 stories and 341,000 rs/f of office space featuring oversized operable windows, 12 to 14-ft. ceiling heights, and flexible floor plans. Amenities include a newly renovated lobby with a 24/7 attendant, bicycle entry and bicycle parking, storage rooms, and an 11,000 s/f rooftop garden designed by Field Operations equipped with Wi-Fi, power outlets, and AV capabilities. Located in the Flatiron district, tenants have access to numerous public transit options, restaurants, and retail destinations, and are near Madison Square Park.
