Developing Westchester: Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center, P.C.

Mamaroneck, NY conceptcsi is serving as general contractor on the transformation of 566 East Boston Post Rd. into a state-of-the-art veterinary facility for Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Center, P.C., owned and led by Dr. Sam Dicker. The project repurposes more than 20,000 s/f of a former commercial building, supporting continued development in the area and increasing access to advanced animal care in Westchester County. 

Designed by Animal Arts, the facility will include specialized surgical and treatment suites, diagnostic imaging rooms, exam spaces, reception and waiting areas, and dedicated staff support zones. The project involves a full interior reconstruction, new MEP infrastructure, and the integration of highly technical medical systems tailored to 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary services.

This adaptive reuse project highlights a collaborative effort between owner, architect, and builder, bringing new life and community value to an existing structure while minimizing disruption and waste. conceptcsi is proud to help deliver a modern, efficient, and welcoming environment for pets, their families, and veterinary professionals throughout the region.
