Trump Org., Bayrock Group and Sapir Org. top off 46-story Trump SoHo

The final construction pour has been completed for Trump SoHo New York luxury hotel condominium and the project, at 246 Spring St., has topped out. Trump SoHo is the tallest structure in the city's SoHo neighborhood at 46 stories, and at 449 feet. The iconic glass tower is being developed through a joint venture between The Trump Organization, Bayrock Group LLC, and The Sapir Organization. Bovis Lend Lease is the construction manager. Completion is slated for fall 2009. "We are thrilled that Trump SoHo has topped off. As the area's tallest building, it has unparalled panoramic views of the New York City skyline including the Hudson River, Statue of Liberty, and Empire State Building," said Donald Trump. "Now that the structure is complete, we will focus on installing the rest of the façade finishes, and completion of the interior work through the winter," said Alex Sapir, president, The Sapir Organization. "We are pleased with the steady construction progress and anticipate that the building will be delivered to both owners and guests by the fall of 2009." Trump SoHo New York, with an exterior designed by the renowned firm Handel Architects, brings a new definition of luxury condominium and hotel design to the SoHo neighborhood. Designed by Gary Handel and partner Frank Fusaro, the architecture for this tower is set to become SoHo's signature building. Owners and guests will enjoy 360-degree views of the city. Building amenities will include world-class restaurant Quattro, 24-hour room service, library, business center, SoHi (a private rooftop venue), an exclusive luxury spa spanning over 11,000 s/f, a full-service lobby, ground-level bar and 12,000 s/f of meeting space. Internationally acclaimed architecture and design firm Rockwell Group has modeled the interior spaces at Trump SoHo New York. Of the 400 hotel condominium units, there will be 141 deluxe suites, 253 studio suites, 5 penthouse suites and 1 Presidential Suite. Units will range in size from approximately 422 to 905 s/f. Prodigy International Development Sales is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for Trump SoHo New York.
