Tri-Bassco to market units at The Cooper Tower Condominium

Flushing-based developer, Tri-Bassco, Inc. has started selling units in their newest condominium in Bayside. The Copper Tower Condominium is located just one block from Bell Boulevard, and a two-minute walk to the Long Island Rail Road. The building will boast 22 - one and two-bedroom units, 11 parking spots, a private gym and sun deck. Construction of the 22-unit condominium started in late 2011 and was completed two years later. The five-story building is designed by Noesis Designs and is being marketed by Block & Lot Realty. Units in contract at the building average $670 per s/f and $590,00 per unit. Andy Bassaly, principal of Tri-Bassco, Inc. said. "High demand for luxury condos and a lack of supply in the area have driven prices up as compared to our initial offering plan."
