Picone continues construction on 100,000 s/f $10.2 million Wingate by Wyndham Hotel
Picone Construction continues to advance on the new construction of a $10.2 million Wingate by Wyndham Hotel located at 333 Rainbow Blvd. The 100,000 s/f, four-story hotel will consist of 110 guest rooms, heated indoor pool, meeting space, lounge/dining areas, fitness room, and retail space. The project is scheduled to be completed late spring of next year and is expected to create 15 new full-time permanent hotel positions, along with an additional 20 retail/restaurant jobs. The project architect is Silvestri Architects, PC.
"Niagara Falls, New York has always been an international destination. Picone Construction is very pleased to have been chosen to build the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel. Bringing this hotel to the area is a great way to continue to revitalize Niagara Falls and promote tourism," said Anthony Picone, president of Picone Construction.
