Top agent Madaffari joins Houlihan Lawrence

According to Houlihan Lawrence, one of the top real estate brokerage firms servicing New York's Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties and Fairfield County, Conn., Michelle Madaffari has joined the company as a licensed associate broker in the firm's White Plains office. Madaffari brings 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential real estate. - including single family, condo, coop, townhomes, multi-family, rentals, and property management. She is also a certified luxury home and relocation specialist. Madaffari began her real estate career in 1996 at Janet Nold Realty, an Irvington-based company, and quickly became one of the top listing and selling agents there for the next four years. She has since worked for three prominent Westchester based real estate companies including Prudential Rand Realty, where she worked from 2001 until 2004, and was a top agent for the area in 2003 and 2004. In November 2004, Madaffari became the managing broker for Reno Premier Properties, which, in 2007, merged with Coldwell Banker White Plains. In her time with Coldwell Banker, she was a 2008-2013 International Diamond Society Award Recipient, a distinguished honor awarded to the top seven percent of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. She is a 2010-2011 Platinum award recipient from HGAR-HGMLS and a 2012 Gold Award recipient. Madaffari specializes in the majority of Westchester County communities including White Plains, Harrison, West Harrison, Purchase, Hartsdale, Greenburgh, Elmsford, Tarrytown, Irvington, Sleepy Hollow, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Scarsdale, Mt Vernon, Bronxville and Yonkers. She also services parts of the Bronx and New York's Rockland County.
