TKD welcomes Pierce as counsel to construction practice group

According to Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP (TKD), Charles Pierce, Jr. has joined the firm as a counsel in the construction practice group. Pierce has 25 years of experience in construction law and commercial litigation and his construction clients include owners, developers, construction managers, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, architects, engineers and designers. Pierce also counsels clients in real estate, insurance and corporate law including the purchase, sale and leasing of assets, business formation and transition, employee matters, licensing, contract drafting and negotiation. "Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is pleased to welcome Charles R. Pierce, Jr. as a Counsel in our expanding Construction Practice Group. His solid litigation experience is a valuable addition to our construction team," said David Pfeffer, chair of TKD's Construction Practice Group. Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, Pierce was a solo practitioner. Pierce received his Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from St. Lawrence University.
