Silver to serve as national executive director-global corporate services at MHP

According to Murray Hill Properties LLC, (MHP) Mark Silver will serve as a national executive director-global corporate services. Prior to joining MHP, Silver served as national director of seniors housing and head of global healthcare for Colliers International. In that capacity, Silver was responsible for day to day management and business development functions for the national/global team, including building the groups worldwide profile. Silver has 20 years of extensive commercial real estate experience and has closed more than $15 billion in complicated commercial real estate transactions globally, while working for "top tier" commercial real estate firms. Silver has received 14 nationally known industry awards for career and production achievements. Silver is a highly qualified and astute executive manager with broad in-depth experience in investment banking, capital markets, business operations, transaction consulting/advisory, investment sales, equity/debt, healthcare/seniors housing and tenant representation for office leasing Assignments. Silver is a leader who has strong abilities to manage professionals, while successfully identifying opportunities and resolving problems for clients. Silver is well-versed in international commercial real estate and has completed transactions in every state in the U.S., with the exception of Hawaii. He is considered to be a "commercial real estate hybrid leader" with his cross-functional experience and cross-industry expertise in many corporate business areas. He is committed to a comprehensive and collaborative approach with clients and his peers. Silver was the founder and leader of several successful global practice groups and was a member of several commercial real estate executive management committees. In 1992, Silver was nominated to the New York Real Estate Board of New York as "most promising salesperson" of the year. Silver graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor of science degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising. Silver is a licensed real estate broker in the state and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
