Ting and Mertz of NAI Mertz broker seven leases totaling 58,842 s/f

NAI Mertz, Realtor, has completed seven leases at the Cherry Hill Business Park totaling 58,842 s/f. Rebecca Ting, SIOR, and Scott Mertz, SIOR, negotiated on behalf of the owners, Cherry Umbrella, LLC. The deals include: * Newborn Nurses Group is occupying 10,300 s/f of office space at 2 Pin Oak Ln., Suite 250 * Camp Bow Wow will occupy 9,871 s/f for a doggie day care facility at 3 Esterbrook Ln. The tenant was represented by the Flynn Co. * Thomas Alberco leased 9,771 s/f at 2010 Springdale Rd., Unit 100, in which he will wholesale wine for the Delaware Valley. Tony DiDio was the co-broker. * Ilken, a granite countertop manufacturing company, will be leasing 9,064 s/f of hi-tech space at 2010 Springdale Rd. for their showroom and hi-tech warehouse. * CSI will occupy 8,535 s/f of office space at 1 Keystone Ave. CBRE was the co-broker. * All Brand leased 8,262 s/f at 2010 Springdale Rd., a supplier of parts for all major brands of appliances. * The Garr Group leased 3,039 s/f of office space at 2020 Springdale Rd., Suite 300 in a relocation from Voorhees.
