Harrsion, NY Houlihan Lawrence agents Chelsea Georgio and Elizabeth Ross hosted an open house on October 18th, highlighting the work of five local artists including the home’s builder, Robert Georgio. Pieces were displayed throughout the 6,298 s/f custom residence at 45 Rigene Rd., with each room dedicated to an individual artist’s work.

“We wanted to plan an event that would showcase the open concept of the home and draw people into every room. It was a huge success and the home looked fabulous with all of the artwork,” said Chelsea Georgio, an agent with Houlihan Lawrence’s Rye office.

“By bringing in local artists we were able to create a great buzz in town and it attracted a large audience, we were thrilled by the turnout and we plan to do more events like this in the future!,” said Elizabeth Ross, an agent with Houlihan Lawrence’s Rye office.

The new construction home by Georgio Custom Builders is at the end of a cul-de-sac on almost two full acres. The home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths has all the amenities and transitional features in style with today’s buyer.

Highlights include a grand foyer, nine-foot ceilings on all levels, three fireplaces and a large gourmet eat-in kitchen, which creates an open floor plan connecting to a grand family room with fireplace.
