Thebaud Pardo of Two Trees Mgmt. handles three DUMBO leases

According to Two Trees Management Co., three companies, Creative Chaos, Inc., LVA Represents, Inc. and Jam Arts have recently signed leases at 45 Main St. in the DUMBO neighborhood. Caroline Thebaud Pardo, associate director of leasing for Two Trees Management represented the landlord on all three deals. Creative Chaos, Inc. has signed a three-year lease for 1,286 s/f of office space in Suite 518. There was no broker representing the tenant. In Suite 515, LVA Represents, Inc. and Jam Arts have signed a three-year lease for 1,015 s/f of space.There was no broker representing either tenant.
