The Townhouses of Cobble Hill 100% sold

According to JMH Development and Madison Estates, The Townhouses of Cobble Hill, a collection of nine townhouses located at 110-126 Congress St. in Cobble Hill, is 100% sold. The property, which was jointly developed by the firms, saw unprecedented buyer interest with homes sold over the initial asking price after less than a year on the market. "The inherent demand for classically designed townhouses with thoroughly modern interiors, coupled with the allure of such a prominent neighborhood, allowed us to achieve extraordinary success, with sales averaging at $4 million," said Jason Halpern, founder of JMH Development. Sales were handled in house by JMH Development and Madison Estates.
