The Refinery at Domino reaches 90% occupancy by Two Trees Management

Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management Co., a Brooklyn-based, family-owned real estate development firm, has released that The Refinery at Domino is at 90% occupancy. Several existing tenant expansions and new leases have contributed to this milestone, including a 10,380 s/f space on the 14th floor signed by Bandana, the fast-growing Brooklyn-based job search platform for hourly and entry-level workers.

Skylight, an operator of design-forward, hospitality-driven event spaces, expanded its footprint by 11,000 s/f on the 14th floor, further activating the building with high-caliber programming and reinforcing its appeal to forward-thinking tenants and audiences.

JLL managing directors Valentin Stobetsky and Whitten Morris arranged the lease on behalf of Bandana. Skylight was represented in-house. Alyssa Zahler, Elizabeth Bueno, Nicole Serras, and Jarad Winter represented Two Trees in-house.

“Reaching 90% leased at the Refinery is a meaningful milestone — not just for the building, but for the continued evolution of this neighborhood as a hub for creative and forward-thinking companies. One of the most exciting proof points for The Refinery’s success is the caliber of tenants and the community that’s cultivating and growing inside the Refinery — it’s exactly what we hoped to foster,” said Jed Walentas, CEO of Two Trees.
