The NRP Group, in partnership with RPW Group, complete 200-unit luxury apartment community - One Webb Ave.

Harrison, NY The NRP Group, in partnership with RPW Group, has completed and opened One Webb Ave., a 200-unit luxury multifamily community. Designed with sustainability, wellness and connectivity in mind, One Webb Ave. offers residents a high-quality living experience in one of Westchester County’s most desirable communities. The milestone was commemorated with a grand opening celebration that drew local officials, financial partners, community leaders and prospective residents, including Harrison mayor Tom Scappaticci.

Located on a 10-acre site at 1 Webb Ave., the five-story apartment offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences and resort-style amenities to working professionals and growing families in the Purchase neighborhood. One Webb Ave. provides access to highways including I-287, I-95 and the Hutchinson Pkwy., with connectivity to White Plains and Westchester’s “Platinum Mile.”

A defining feature of One Webb Ave. is its connection to the outdoors. Five acres on the site have been preserved as open space, including an outdoor walking trail system that is open to the public, a dog park and a community garden operated by the West Harrison-based nonprofit Our New Way Garden. Two landscaped courtyards also feature grilling and lounge areas, a heated pool and fire pits, providing residents with a variety of spaces for recreation and gathering.

“Harrison is a community where residents don’t have to choose between convenience and quality of life, and One Webb Ave. was designed with that same philosophy,” said Jonathan Gertman, senior vice president of development at The NRP Group. “We’re proud to offer residents a modern, amenity-rich home surrounded by five acres of open space, while keeping them close to the jobs, transportation and experiences that make Westchester such a desirable place to live.”

“As Harrison continues to grow, we want that growth to make our community stronger,” said Harrison mayor Scappaticci. “One Webb Ave does just that, bringing new housing to the community while preserving the open space and sense of connection that residents value.”

“One Webb Ave. is an important step forward in our commitment to ensuring Westchester County families have access to a safe and affordable place to call home,” said Kenneth Jenkins, Westchester county executive. “Housing is about more than just putting a roof over your head – it is about creating stability, opportunity and stronger communities. This project is a great example of what we can accomplish when we work together with our local governments and community partners to address our housing needs. We are bringing new investment and energy to communities across the County, and building a stronger Westchester for everyone.”

Residents will also have access to a shuttle service to the Rye Metro-North station, providing convenient access throughout the region and into New York City. The community is also located near local shopping, dining and recreational destinations.

“Strong market fundamentals and growing demand for high-quality, well-connected housing make Harrison an ideal place for a project like One Webb Ave.,” said Andrew Weisz, president of RPW Group. “Working alongside The NRP Group, we’ve been able to transform the property into a vibrant residential community that will serve Harrison for years to come.”

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, One Webb Ave. is LEED Silver certified. The community features a fitness center, indoor lounge, shared workspace with individual work pods, indoor dining room, commuter coffee lounge and children’s playroom.

The residences feature contemporary finishes, in-unit laundry and smart locks throughout. Floor plans include 30 studios, 75 one-bedroom residences, 11 one-bedroom residences with dens and 84 two-bedroom residences. Five percent of the community’s homes are reserved for residents earning 80% of the area median income.

One Webb Ave. builds on The NRP Group’s continued expansion across New York and the broader Northeast. The project builds on NRP’s growing presence in the state, including recently announced developments such as The Renaissance at Lincoln Park in New Rochelle. Together, these communities underscore NRP’s commitment to delivering high-quality affordable and mixed-income housing throughout New York while expanding its national development pipeline. Today, The NRP Group has developed more than 68,000 apartment homes nationwide and currently manages over 33,000 residential units across the United States.

One Webb Ave. is now open and leasing is underway.
